Stavian Group has broken ground on Thuong Dinh Industrial Park in Diem Thuy Commune, Bach Quang Ward and Pho Yen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project has a 50-year operating term from 2025 to 2075, with construction scheduled for 2026-2028 and land sales and handovers expected to begin in April 2027. The industrial park is designed to accommodate businesses in supporting industries, electronics and electrical equipment, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, automotive and motorcycle components, technical services and logistics.
