If you are sending an announcement, the useful things to include are the figures: price, price psf or per plot ratio, site or floor area, tenure, unit count, and the date the transaction or launch takes effect. We report what the source states, so an announcement without figures becomes a story without figures.
Embargoes are respected where they are stated clearly and unambiguously in the message, with a date and a time.
