CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam won seven awards at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2026, including its fifth Best Sustainable Developer title and third consecutive Social Impact Award. Three residential projects — Maison Privée, The Fullton Regal and Orchard Collection at Sycamore — received five awards for their design, amenities and residential concepts. The latest results bring CLD's total PropertyGuru accolades across the region to more than 100.
The Best Sustainable Developer award recognises CLD Vietnam's efforts to incorporate environmental considerations into its developments. Its 2030 targets include obtaining green ratings for all projects, reducing embodied carbon intensity by 22 per cent, and cutting construction waste, energy intensity and water intensity by 20 per cent from a 2019 baseline. The company's Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices have both achieved the WELL Health-Safety Rating, while Heritage West Lake Office was the first office development in Hanoi and northern Vietnam to receive WELL Core Silver Certification.
CLD Vietnam also received the Social Impact Award for initiatives supporting education, skills development and vulnerable children and young people. Its programmes include five CapitaLand Hope School projects and an 11-year scholarship commitment of up to S$500,000 (US$391,000) for 30 students. The company has also pledged up to US$270,000 through a three-year partnership with Blue Dragon Children's Foundation. Vietnam is among the markets covered by the CapitaLand Community Resilience Initiative, which committed more than S$7 million to nonprofit organisations across Asia in its first two editions.
Tan Tze Wooi, CEO of CLD Vietnam, said the awards reflected the company's commitment to sustainable development and community engagement. "These recognitions affirm our commitment to creating developments that deliver lasting value for residents, communities, and the environment," he said. "As Vietnam continues to urbanise and consumer expectations evolve, we remain focused on creating homes and communities defined by thoughtful design, sustainability, and quality living experiences." Tan said the company would continue its social initiatives while working toward delivering nearly 3,000 homes in 2026.
Maison Privée, developed by CLD with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development, won three awards: Best Luxury Condo Development (Hanoi), Best Condo Architectural Design and the AEG Award for Excellence in Premium Living Design. Located in Ciputra Township in Hanoi's Tay Ho area, the 490-home project is targeting Vietnam's first WELL for residential pre-certification. Its design draws inspiration from northern Vietnam's rivers, bays and cultivated landscapes, incorporating greenery throughout the development. Maison Privée offers 68 residential amenities and experiences, including a Wellness Suite with a gym, yoga area, 3D golf simulator, four-season spa pool, infrared sauna, cold plunge and spa suite, as well as a private car garage, cigar lounge, gourmet kitchen and banquet house.
The Fullton Regal, co-developed by CLD and Far East Organization, won Best Luxury Housing Development (Greater Hanoi). The 14.5-hectare development comprises 348 residences and two private parks spanning a combined 2.5 hectares. Its courtyard-inspired design combines private living spaces with shared recreational facilities. Homes feature frontages of at least 7.7 metres, atriums in living areas and provision for lifts, while the Courtyard Clubhouse provides additional space for social activities, recreation and wellness.
Orchard Collection at Sycamore, jointly developed by CLD and UOA, won Best High-end Condo Development (HCMC). The project emphasises spacious layouts and shared amenities, with 168 facilities including two 50-metre lap pools, an elevated gym and a spa house. Apartments range from two to four bedrooms and are designed to maximise natural light and ventilation. The development also includes 49 garden units and 12 three-bedroom Limited Edition residences with larger living areas, private parking and additional privacy.
Tan Tze Wooi, CEO of CLD Vietnam, said the awards reflected the company's commitment to sustainable development and community engagement. "These recognitions affirm our commitment to creating developments that deliver lasting value for residents, communities, and the environment," he said. "As Vietnam continues to urbanise and consumer expectations evolve, we remain focused on creating homes and communities defined by thoughtful design, sustainability, and quality living experiences."
