Hong Kong's private domestic property market recorded its strongest pricing levels in a year during June 2026, with every class of the Rating and Valuation Department's price index reaching the highest level in the past 12 months. The All Classes price index stood at 323.2, up 0.3 per cent month on month and 12.7 per cent higher year on year. Class A, which covers flats under 40 square metres, rose 0.5 per cent month on month to 342.6, a 12-month high, and was up 11.8 per cent from a year earlier. Class B, for units of 40 to 69.9 square metres, was flat month on month at 316.1 but climbed 13.1 per cent year on year.
