Stavian Group has broken ground on Thuong Dinh Industrial Park in Diem Thuy Commune, Bach Quang Ward and Pho Yen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project has a 50-year operating term from 2025 to 2075, with construction scheduled for 2026-2028 and land sales and handovers expected to begin in April 2027.

The industrial park is designed to accommodate businesses in supporting industries, electronics and electrical equipment, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, automotive and motorcycle components, technical services and logistics. It will provide about 90 hectares of leasable industrial land for factories, warehouses and production facilities, as well as ready-built factories, warehouses and parking areas.

The main entrance connects to the Hanoi–Thai Nguyen Expressway and the secondary entrance links to National Highway 37. The developer says the location provides access to Hanoi, Thai Nguyen City, Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong Port and the Huu Nghi-Lang Son border gate.

Infrastructure will include a 35 MVA power supply system, water supply capacity of 4,500 cubic metres per day and a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 cubic metres per day, along with fire protection and telecommunications systems. The developer will also offer services including legal and investment consultancy, design and construction, customs and logistics, green energy solutions, and recruitment and workforce training.

The project is being developed by Stavian Industrial Park Thai Nguyen, a member of Stavian Group. Tony Dinh Duc Thang, chairman of the group, said the company aims not only to develop an industrial park with integrated infrastructure but also to build an industrial ecosystem capable of supporting investors throughout project implementation and operations.

The project is aligned with a plan issued by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee in December 2025, which outlines the province's industrial development priorities for 2026-2030, including greener and more advanced manufacturing. Stavian Group said the project forms part of its broader infrastructure strategy across four pillars: Industry, Technology, Energy and Trading.
