The Housing and Development Board’s August 2026 resale flat data, published on data.gov.sg, recorded a median resale price of S$635,000, up 0.8 per cent from S$630,000 in July. The median price per square foot rose 0.9 per cent to S$601 psf. Transaction volume fell 4.9 per cent to 2,521 registered sales, down from 2,651 the previous month. Million-dollar sales numbered 201, representing 8.0 per cent of all transactions. The highest recorded price was S$1,688,888, for a 5 Room flat at 9B Boon Tiong Road in Bukit Merah, with 88 years 6 months remaining on the lease. The lowest price was S$272,888.
Resale flat transactions surged to 2,652 in July 2026, up 24.7 per cent from June. The median price rose 0.8 per cent to S$630,000, though median psf slipped 1.6 per cent to S$595 psf. Million-dollar sales accounted for 7.1 per cent of all transactions.
