Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, property advice, a valuation, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or lease anything. Property is a large, illiquid, leveraged purchase and this is a news website. Take professional advice before acting.

Figures are reported as published by their source and may be revised by that source afterwards. Medians and other statistics in our Market Data reports describe the transactions in a named dataset for a named period; they are not an estimate of what any particular property is worth. Where a figure matters to a decision you are making, check it against the primary source, which each report names for exactly that reason.

Accuracy

We take accuracy seriously and describe the measures we apply in the editorial policy. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or continuously available. If you find a mistake, please tell us and we will fix it — see the corrections policy.
