The data desk produces APACrealty's own reporting from public datasets: HDB resale transactions and URA private residential figures, published under the Singapore Open Data Licence. Every figure it prints is traceable to a named dataset and a release date.
Resale flat transactions surged to 2,652 in July 2026, up 24.7 per cent from June. The median price rose 0.8 per cent to S$630,000, though median psf slipped 1.6 per cent to S$595 psf. Million-dollar sales accounted for 7.1 per cent of all transactions.
