Asiabina Group has launched One Seputeh Residences, a freehold serviced residence in Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur. The single 50-storey tower comprises 383 residences offering two- to four-bedroom configurations, including dual-key layouts. Prices start from approximately RM699,980 for two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 657 to 928 sq ft, while larger four-bedroom residences and penthouses from 1,611 to 1,820 sq ft are priced up to approximately RM2.03 million.

Following its grand launch in September 2026, the project recorded an initial take-up rate of around 30 per cent. The penthouse collection was reported to be fully sold, and remaining units are being offered partially furnished. Completion is targeted for 2030.

One Seputeh is located approximately 2 km from Mid Valley City and around 3 km from KL Sentral, providing access to shopping, dining, business facilities and public transportation. The area is served by KTM Komuter stations at Seputeh and Mid Valley, as well as the Abdullah Hukum interchange connecting the LRT Kelana Jaya Line with the KTM Komuter network.
