Asiabina reports 30% take-up at One Seputeh Residences launch in KL

Asiabina said 30% of the 383 units at One Seputeh Residences in Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur, have been taken up since its grand launch on Sept 20. The freehold, 50-storey tower is the developer's first project in the Klang Valley, and its penthouse collection is fully sold.

PETALING JAYA (Sept 28) — Asiabina said about 30% of the 383 units at One Seputeh Residences in Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur, had been taken up following the project’s grand launch on Sept 20. The freehold serviced residence development comprises a single 50-storey tower. It is Asiabina’s first project in the Klang Valley, following developments in Perak, Penang and Kedah.

Asiabina said its penthouse collection was fully sold. The remaining residences comprise two- and three-bedroom layouts and are offered partially furnished. The developer said the project would have 23 amenities, including a saltwater infinity pool, and is expected to be completed in early 2030.

Purchasers also signed sale and purchase agreements during the launch, it added. “One Seputeh Residences is particularly meaningful to us as it marks Asiabina’s maiden development in the Klang Valley,” said Asiabina group managing director Datuk Yong Chai Seng.
