TP in the Philippines, a global leader in digital business services, was named Sustainability Company of the Year at the 2026 Asia CEO Awards, held at the Manila Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City. The recognition comes as TP celebrates its 30th year of operations in the Philippines, committing three decades of creating career opportunities and developing Filipino talent. This year also marks TP's 9th consecutive Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.
TP was also recognised with Circle of Excellence distinctions in three major categories: Most Innovative Company of the Year, Service Excellence Company of the Year, and CEO of the Year, presented to Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP in the Philippines. The Asia CEO Awards recognises individuals and organisations for their contributions to economic progress and their role in strengthening the Philippines' position as a leading business destination in the Asia-Pacific region.
Currently, TP operates 29 sites across the country, with a 60,000-strong AI-ready workforce serving top global brands. It continues to provide job opportunities to more Filipinos, organising major job fairs recently for jobseekers in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Cagayan De Oro.
On environmental sustainability, renewable energy accounted for 63% of TP in the Philippines' energy consumption in 2025, while its carbon emissions intensity declined to 0.25 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e) per employee. This represents a 77% reduction in emissions per employee since 2019. The company works with property partners to reduce emissions across its leased facilities, operating in LEED-certified buildings. TP also participates in the annual Earth Hour initiative, with its sites nationwide collectively saving more than 33,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity.
Through Citizen of the World (COTW), its corporate social responsibility programme, TP mobilised 250 volunteers in 2025, generating 6,613 volunteer hours and contributing PHP 1.7 million in support for more than 10,300 Filipinos. TP's Impact Sourcing initiatives provide marginalised individuals with technical and soft skills, aiming to create direct pathways to formal careers in the digital and contact centre industry. Meanwhile, TP LaunchPad, the company's career-readiness and university relations programme, reached more than 20,000 students across over 40 partner schools in 2026.
In 2025, TP secured ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management and ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management across its site operations. Dipto Sen, Chief Financial Officer of TP in the Philippines, said: "Receiving this award reflects TP's belief that lasting business success must go hand-in-hand with the well-being of people and the environment."
