Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has opened Astra Lifestyle Centre in Mandaue City, Cebu province, adding a retail component to its Astra Centre mixed-use development as the company expands its commercial property portfolio.
“Astra Lifestyle Centre reflects our vision of creating more than just retail spaces, but destinations that become part of people’s everyday lives,” Joanna Marie S. Bergundthal, chief people and strategy officer at CLI, said in a stock exchange disclosure on Friday.
The retail hub forms part of the 1.23-hectare Astra Centre estate, which combines retail, office, residential and hotel developments. Its food and beverage tenants include Nabe Izakaya and Hotpot, Refuel Specialty Coffee and Bistro and Hai Chix and Steaks, which are entering the Cebu market.
The mall also houses local brands such as Tales and Feelings, Commonly Uncommon, Tian Fu, Kalipay Filipino Restaurant, Ondo Bakery, Seoul Moon, Each Café and Cloud Nine Creamery. Other tenants include Metro Supermarket, ATE by TATA, The Little Gym, Well Played Playground, CWC Interiors, Nova Skin, A Plus Clinic Premier Aesthetics, Inner Peace, Spaholics and Jess Luxuriesse. Upcoming tenants include Much Love Mom, Little Italy Pizzeria and Studio 300.
Astra Lifestyle Centre won the Best Retail Architectural Design award at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards in August. Astra Centre also houses the P1.99-billion Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, which opened in April as the first Radisson RED property in the Philippines.
The estate includes the One Astra Place residential project and the 16,470-square-metre Astra Corporate Center office tower. The development is located near Cebu IT Park, Cebu Business Park and Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
