UDA Holdings Bhd has opened a show unit for its Residensi Mutiara development in Bandar UDA Utama, Johor Bahru. The 50-unit freehold townhouse project features two- and three-storey homes with built-up areas from 1,259 to 3,627 sq ft, priced from RM548,700.
PETALING JAYA (Oct 26): UDA Holdings Bhd has opened a show unit for Residensi Mutiara in Bandar UDA Utama, Johor Bahru, with freehold townhouses priced from RM548,700. UDA Land (South) Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Norazim Shukor said the 50-unit development comprises two- and three-storey townhouses with built-up areas ranging from 1,259 to 3,627 sq ft, Bernama reported.
The show unit was unveiled on Saturday (Oct 24) in conjunction with UDA HomeXBites 2026, allowing prospective buyers to view the layouts and obtain information on unit options and homeownership packages. Residensi Mutiara was launched in May, with completion targeted for June 2029, according to EdgeProp.my’s earlier report.
The two-storey townhouses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the three-storey homes have three bedrooms and four bathrooms. At the May launch, UDA said the layouts offered potential for a dual-key concept, allowing extended families or siblings to live close to one another while retaining separate access and living spaces, Sinar Harian reported.
According to the same report, the developer outlined plans for a gated-and-guarded environment with 24-hour security, alongside a community hall incorporating café space, activity rooms and multipurpose areas. UDA said planned sustainability features included solar-powered streetlights, solar photovoltaic systems and rainwater harvesting tanks at the clubhouse, as well as water-efficient toilets and taps.
At the show-unit opening, Norazim cited the development’s proximity to major routes as a selling point for Malaysians working in Singapore, Bernama reported.
