UDA Holdings launches Bonanza Memenuhi Impian 2026 campaign with Residensi Dedaun unit as grand prize
UDA Holdings Bhd has launched its Bonanza Memenuhi Impian 2026 campaign, offering buyers of 21 selected residential and commercial projects nationwide prizes including a Residensi Dedaun unit valued at RM508,000. The campaign runs until Dec 31, 2026, with draws scheduled through April 2027.
KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 3): UDA Holdings Bhd has launched its Bonanza Memenuhi Impian 2026 campaign, covering 21 selected residential and commercial projects nationwide and offering eligible buyers prizes including a Residensi Dedaun unit valued at RM508,000.
In a press release on Wednesday (Sept 2), UDA said the campaign will run until Dec 31, 2026. It is a continuation of the company’s earlier Own A Home, Drive Your Dreams campaign.
The grand prize is a unit at Residensi Dedaun in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras, Selangor. UDA said the development includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, barbecue area and electric-vehicle charging stations, and has access to MRT services, schools, healthcare facilities and major highways.
UDA Holdings CEO Datuk Seri Ahmad Fuaad Kenali said the campaign was part of the group’s efforts to support homeownership. “UDA will continue to develop properties that meet the needs of communities from various backgrounds. Through Bonanza Memenuhi Impian 2026, buyers will also have the opportunity to enjoy special rewards when purchasing UDA residential or commercial properties that suit their needs at various locations nationwide,” he said.
In conjunction with the launch, UDA is holding a Merdeka Draw offering a Proton e.MAS 5 and five MHflypass Zone 3 travel rewards to eligible buyers. A subsequent draw, expected to be held in November in conjunction with UDA’s 55th anniversary, will offer another Proton e.MAS 5 and five HABIB gold prizes weighing five grammes each, according to the company. For the grand-prize draw scheduled for April 2027, 10 eligible buyers will have the opportunity to win five grammes of HABIB gold each, while one winner will receive the Residensi Dedaun unit valued at RM508,000.
Participating residential developments include Residensi Dedaun, Residensi 38 Bangsar and Residensi Akasia Raya in the Klang Valley; Amaanee Residences and Eight & Eight Condominium in Penang; Mawar @ Taman Sultan Sallehuddin in Kedah; and Taman Sena Permai in Perlis. In Johor, participating developments include UDA Heights, UDA Vista, Residensi Mutiara and Residensi Sedili, while Pelindung Heights and Sena @ KTGR are among those participating on the east coast. Neu Pendington in Kuching, Sarawak, is also included. Selected commercial properties at UDA developments nationwide are also participating in the campaign.
UDA is a property development and asset management company under the purview of the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, according to the press release.
