The development comprises two towers with 998 units, offering unit sizes from 550 sq ft to 920 sq ft. Prices for open-market units range from approximately RM486,800 to RM1,051,380, depending on unit type, floor level and configuration.
The development's main selling point is its proximity to the USJ 7 LRT-BRT interchange and the USJ Taipan LRT Station, both approximately 400 metres away.
