Taman Gasing Indah terrace house in Petaling Jaya sold for RM850,000

A double-storey terrace house at Taman Gasing Indah, Petaling Jaya, has been sold for RM850,000 after just two days on the market. The freehold unit was priced about RM200,000 below market, and the buyers were attracted by its fully refurbished condition and prime location.

A double-storey terrace house at Taman Gasing Indah in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, has been sold for RM850,000, according to a Done Deal report by EdgeProp Malaysia. The sale was handled by Azwan Kamal (REN 74843) of Maxxan Realty Sdn Bhd, who said the property attracted buyers due to its fully refurbished, move-in condition and competitive pricing in a prime location.

The buyers noted that freehold units in the area were limited and that the property was priced roughly RM200,000 below the prevailing market rate. The house is situated on a cul-de-sac within a gated-and-guarded community, offering peaceful surroundings and low traffic volume. The property was sold just two days after being listed. The previous owner sold the unit to fund the purchase of another home.

For comparison, a terrace house at Taman Gasing Indah with a land size of 1,625 sq ft transacted on 20 Oct 2022 at RM790,000, or RM486.15 psf, according to data from EPIQ. As of the beginning of September, EdgeProp listed 25 sale listings (not unique listings) for terrace homes at Taman Gasing Indah, with an average asking price of RM1,177,120 or RM733.62 psf based on land sizes ranging from 1,500 to 2,750 sq ft.
