Taman Equine semi-detached house sold for RM1.25m

A semi-detached house at Taman Equine in Selangor has been sold for RM1.25 million. The buyer, who viewed the property three times, was drawn to its location, price and condition. The seller moved back to his hometown.

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 1): A semi-detached house at Taman Equine in Selangor has been sold for RM1.25 million. The buyer, who viewed the property three times before closing the deal, was attracted to its location, particularly its proximity to his friends and family, as well as its price and good condition, according to Jason Tan (REN 33157) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd.

The previous owner sold the property because he was moving back to his hometown. The unit was on the market for six months before it was sold.

In a separate transaction on April 28, 2025, a Taman Equine semi-detached property with a land size of 3,500 sq ft and a built-up area of 3,519 sq ft was sold at RM1.995 million, reflecting a price of RM570 psf, according to EPIQ data.

As of end-September, based on 20 sale listings on EdgeProp of semi-detached homes at Taman Equine, the average asking price was RM1,886,400 or RM522.79 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 3,200 to 4,399 sq ft. Based on six rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM5,633.33 or RM1.50 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 2,100 to 5,200 sq ft. These numbers do not represent unique listings.
