Taman Bukit Segar terrace house in Kuala Lumpur sold for RM940,000

A terrace house at Taman Bukit Segar, Kuala Lumpur, sold for RM940,000 after a year on the market. The buyer was attracted by the property’s condition, substantial land area, and gated-and-guarded facility, while the seller moved on to pursue retirement.

A terrace house at Taman Bukit Segar in Kuala Lumpur has been sold for RM940,000, according to Jeffery Pang (REN 52164) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd. The property changed hands after being on the market for a year, with the previous owner selling to pursue his retirement goals.

Pang said the buyer liked the terrace home’s condition, which was described as “okay” with not much renovation done, and found the price attractive compared with similar properties in Taman Bukit Segar. Other plus points noted were the property’s substantial land area and the gated-and-guarded facility.

A transaction on 28 Oct 2025 saw a terrace house at Taman Bukit Segar with a land size of 1,873 sq ft sold at RM885,000, reflecting a price of RM472.50 psf (source: EPIQ).

As of mid-September, based on 20 sale listings on EdgeProp of terrace houses at Taman Bukit Segar, the average asking price was RM1,252,400 or RM580.62 psf, based on land sizes ranging from 1,400 to 5,250 sq ft. Based on two rental listings, the average asking monthly rate was RM2,900 or RM2.07 psf, based on land sizes of 1,400 sq ft.
