TSLAW Land, through project company Raito Development Sdn. Bhd., has launched Han-Ya Wahyu (also known as Hanya Wahyu), a high-rise serviced apartment development located beside Taman Tasik Indah in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur. The twin-tower, 53-storey project comprises 1,816 units with built-up sizes ranging from approximately 735 sq ft to 1,836 sq ft, and is expected to be completed in 2031.

The development sits on a leasehold site of approximately 4.01 acres and offers four principal layouts: Type A (735 sq ft, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one car park), Type B (918 sq ft, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car parks), Type C (1,070 sq ft, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two to three car parks) and Type D (1,836 sq ft, four-plus-one bedrooms, four bathrooms, four car parks). Parking provision totals approximately 3,000 residential bays.

Han-Ya Wahyu is designed around the Japanese concept of Yutori, emphasising spaciousness and balance. More than 60 facilities are spread across four themed recreational zones on Level 11, covering approximately 135,352 sq ft. These include a 50-metre infinity pool, a gymnasium, co-working lounge, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a pump track, karaoke room and community farming area. Ground-floor facilities comprise three retail lots, a childcare centre and a surau.

The development's key selling point is its transit-oriented location, approximately 200 metres from Taman Wahyu KTM Station on the Batu Caves–Pulau Sebang Komuter line. A covered pedestrian walkway of approximately 140 metres has been proposed to improve station access, along with the proposed Ekinaka @ Han-Ya Wahyu Station, a transit-oriented retail hub intended to introduce retail, dining, sports and community spaces. Both are planned features rather than completed amenities.

For drivers, the project connects to the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE), Selayang–Kepong Highway and Karak Highway. Additional public transport options include Kampung Batu MRT Station and Sri Delima MRT Station on the MRT Putrajaya Line, though these require further travel from the development.

Sustainability features include planned solar photovoltaic panels for common areas, 16 EV-ready visitor parking bays and an automated waste collection system. Units are specified with 600 mm by 600 mm floor tiles in living, dining and kitchen areas, laminated timber flooring in bedrooms, and Low-E laminated glass for west-facing units. The published maintenance fee is approximately RM0.35 per sq ft, inclusive of the sinking fund.

Han-Ya Wahyu was reported as launched in August 2026, with show units available by appointment. The development targets homebuyers valuing rail connectivity and lifestyle amenities in northern Kuala Lumpur, though prospective purchasers should assess long-term holding costs and competition from other serviced apartments in the Kepong, Taman Wahyu and Jalan Kuching areas.
