Sunway Velocity 3 final tower draws over 100 online bookings at soft launch

Sunway Property said Tower C, the final tower of its Sunway Velocity 3 development in Kuala Lumpur, recorded more than 100 online unit bookings during its virtual soft launch on Oct 10. The launch follows a 98% take-up rate across Towers A and B within two years.

PETALING JAYA (Oct 15): Sunway Property said Tower C, the final tower of its Sunway Velocity 3 development in Kuala Lumpur, recorded more than 100 online unit bookings during its virtual soft launch on Oct 10.

The property arm of Sunway Bhd said in a statement that the launch followed a 98% take-up rate across Towers A and B within two years. According to the developer's project website, Tower C comprises 701 leasehold serviced apartments with built-up areas ranging from 775 to 1,324 sq ft. The website advertises prices from RM663,000.

The layouts comprise 775 sq ft two-bedroom units, 1,012 sq ft three-bedroom units described as "dual-key ready", and 1,324 sq ft four-bedroom units. Sunway Property said bookings during the soft launch were made through a newly introduced digital portal, which allows buyers to complete bookings online after visiting the sales gallery.

Its CEO Chong Sau Min said the portal gives buyers the flexibility to view the development at the gallery and book online at their convenience. "The response to Tower C reinforces our belief that buyers value homes that are thoughtfully designed and connected to the things that matter in everyday life," he said.

The developer said Towers A and B comprise approximately 1,600 units, with Tower A having reached its topping-out milestone. Sunway Property's website lists a direct link to Sunway Velocity Mall among the development's features, alongside proximity to Cochrane MRT station and the Maluri MRT and LRT interchange station.
