SkyWorld launches SkyAman Residences, a low-density condominium in Cheras
SkyWorld Development Bhd has launched SkyAman Residences in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, a low-density single-tower condominium with 510 units. The project embodies the group's SkyWorld Healthy Home design principles and is located adjacent to the MRT Taman Mutiara station.
Urban property developer SkyWorld Development Bhd has launched SkyAman Residences in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, following the early completion of its EdgeWood Residences in Setapak. The low-density single-tower condominium comprises 510 units, with unit sizes ranging from 1,097 to 1,548 sq ft in three- to four-bedroom configurations, and up to three car parks per unit.
SkyAman is designed according to the group's SkyWorld Healthy Home concept, which is built upon four pillars: Light, Nature, Air & Water, and Community. Each home is oriented to optimise natural daylight and cross-ventilation, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and mechanical cooling, in line with the company's vision of "Healthy Building, Healthy Living".
The development features wide frontage layouts with expansive living and dining areas that extend to a balcony approximately 20ft in width, offering panoramic views of either lush greenery or the Kuala Lumpur city skyline. Wellness-focused facilities include spaces for meditation, yoga and tai chi, as well as a pool and Jacuzzi area overlooking the city skyline.
SkyAman is located adjacent to the MRT Taman Mutiara station, providing connectivity to TRX, Kuala Lumpur's business and financial hub, in five stations. The Cheras location offers access to shopping destinations, healthcare facilities, education hubs and other lifestyle conveniences.
