Sime Darby Property has launched Damayan Residences, a freehold serviced residence development at Putra Heights in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The single-block project comprises 308 residential units, with two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 838 sq ft to 1,178 sq ft. Indicative selling prices for standard units were advertised from RM668,400 to RM999,900, with a 10 per cent Bumiputera discount subject to quota. A separate Servis Apartmen Mampu Milik offering was priced at RM250,000. More recent listings have shown selected units from approximately RM530,000, depending on type, availability and discounts.

The development is positioned around 650 metres from Putra Heights LRT Station, which provides access to the Kelana Jaya and Sri Petaling LRT lines, connecting to Subang Jaya, KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur city centre.
