Signature Global (India) has acquired and tied up approximately 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, for an ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹5,500-6,000 crore. The company purchased about 25 acres for ₹150 crore through conveyance deeds and entered collaboration agreements for development of another 169.22 acres.

The transaction adds approximately 6.77 million sq ft of developable area to the company's pipeline. The planned low-density residential project will comprise luxury farmhouse villas along with sports, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle facilities. The project marks Signature Global's entry into Farrukhnagar in Gurugram West.

Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman, said the company views the development as a differentiated low-density residential offering rather than a conventional housing project. “With nearly 6.77 million sq ft of developable potential, this is also a meaningful addition to our development pipeline,” he said.

Signature Global reported sales bookings of ₹1,970 crore in the first quarter of FY27. In FY26, the company recorded sales bookings of ₹8,250 crore. It has delivered 19.2 million sq ft of real estate to date.
