Developer SevenCo Sdn Bhd has launched Sevora Residence, a freehold condominium in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, with prices starting from RM430,000 to RM489,200. The project occupies a 3.45-acre site along Jalan Song Ban Kheng and comprises 420 units in a single 33-storey block, plus eight retail shops.

Unit sizes range from 950 to 1,374 sq ft, each configured as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The developer said the low density and spacious layouts are designed for family living. SevenCo, incorporated in 2024, said its leadership team brings experience in township planning, architecture, construction management, project delivery, finance, sales and property development.

Sevora Residence offers resort-inspired amenities including a Sky Lounge, White Cottage, Aqua Deck, Sun Deck, Hammock Garden, Yoga Deck, Wellness Garden, Reflexology Path, Taichi Park, Linear Park and Pocket Park. Children’s facilities include a kindergarten on the ground floor, a Kids Wonderland and a Kids Lagoon. Other features include wide residential corridors, spacious resting areas and two dedicated drop-off points.

The project is located in Bukit Mertajam, which the developer described as one of Penang mainland's most dynamic residential addresses. Nearby schools include SJK(C) Beng Teik (Pusat), SJK(C) Kim Seng, High School Bukit Mertajam, SMK Convent Bukit Mertajam and Assumption International Secondary School. Retail and grocery destinations in the vicinity include AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam, Billion Shopping Centre (Kota Permai), Mydin Bukit Mertajam, Econsave Alma and JMS Freshmart.

Healthcare facilities include Bukit Mertajam Hospital and KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital. The suburb is near the Butterworth–Kulim Expressway (BKE) and the North-South Expressway (PLUS), and the Penang Bridge provides access to Penang island. Future infrastructure projects include the Juru-Sungai Dua Elevated Highway and the Mutiara Line LRT with a planned connection to Penang Sentral.

SevenCo stated that the development of mainland Penang is being driven by industrial and manufacturing expansion across Seberang Perai, Bukit Minyak, Batu Kawan and Kulim, Kedah, attracting a growing workforce. "Expanding into Bukit Mertajam is a natural step for SevenCo and aligns perfectly with our strategy of focusing on areas with solid, long-term potential," the developer said.

For a limited time, purchasers can enjoy incentives including free fully fitted kitchen cabinets and free legal fees on sale and purchase and loan agreements.
