SM Prime advances Susana Heights Village redevelopment in Muntinlupa
SM Prime Holdings is moving ahead with the first phase of redeveloping Susana Heights Village in Muntinlupa City. The residential estate offers lots from 500 sq m to 900 sq m, with plans for new commercial plazas and upgraded community facilities.
SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is advancing the multi-phase redevelopment of Susana Heights Village in Muntinlupa City, following the relaunch of residential lots last year. The company cited demand from buyers acquiring properties for long-term ownership, with many purchasing for the next generation.
“Many of our buyers are acquiring properties for their children who are now raising families of their own,” Jose Juan Jugo, Signature Series by SM Residences head, said in a statement on Thursday. “They see Susana Heights as a place where the next generation can put down roots and a long-term asset that can remain in the family.”
Susana Heights Village is a residential estate with direct access to the South Luzon Expressway and proximity to the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway. The development offers residential lots ranging from 500 square metres to 900 square metres.
SM Prime has engaged Perkins & Will, Greener & Partners and Inspira Design Core for planning and design work. The company plans to build North and South Plaza commercial areas outside the residential core to preserve the estate’s low-density layout. The commercial component will feature low-rise buildings, glass-fronted stores and landscaped walkways.
The redevelopment also includes upgrades to community facilities, including the clubhouse, covered tennis courts, indoor basketball court, gym, social hall and chapel. Shares of SM Prime fell 1 per cent or 18 centavos to close at P17.90 each.
