S P Setia Bhd has launched Aurora II, a low-density freehold residential offering within its 545-acre master-planned township Setia Bayuemas in Klang, Selangor. The collection comprises only 69 double-storey terrace houses on 22ft by 75ft individual lots, with prices starting from RM840,000.
