Radium Development Berhad has launched Radium Arena, a freehold residential development along Old Klang Road in Kuala Lumpur. The project spans approximately 3.03 acres and comprises 988 residences across two 40-storey towers, with an eight-storey business podium housing parking and commercial components. Unit sizes range from 658 sq ft to 920 sq ft, offering two-bedroom, three-bedroom and selected dual-key configurations.

Selling prices are listed at RM569,000 to RM857,000, according to approved project information. Radium Development's corporate materials have previously stated lower promotional or launch pricing, and buyers should refer to the latest official availability as pricing and inventory can change during the sales period. The APDL filing records 411 remaining units in Block A and 420 in Block B at the time of filing.

The development is positioned as a mixed urban project with more than 30 lifestyle facilities, including an infinity pool, gym, badminton area, jogging path, cinema room, playground and multipurpose spaces. Rooftop amenities feature an urban farming area, yoga deck, sky garden and private lounge. Radium Arena has received provisional GreenRE Gold certification for its sustainability features.

Located along Old Klang Road, the project offers access to major routes including the New Pantai Expressway, Maju Expressway, KESAS and the KL-Seremban Highway. KTM stations at Petaling, Jalan Templer and Pantai Dalam are accessible nearby, and the developer highlights the proposed MRT3 Circle Line as part of the area's future connectivity. The location places residents within reach of Mid Valley, Bangsar South, Petaling Jaya and Sunway.

With completion targeted for November 2028, buyers are purchasing ahead of completion. The project's 988-unit scale adds to competing high-rise supply along the Old Klang Road–Kuchai Lama–Bangsar South corridor, and rental and resale performance will depend on pricing, maintenance costs, rental demand and future supply.
