REN Residence, a 1,260-unit condominium in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, has been launched by Gaya Kuasa Sdn Bhd. The leasehold development offers layouts from 920 sq ft to 1,680 sq ft with indicative prices starting from RM580,000.
REN Residence, a high-rise condominium developed by Gaya Kuasa Sdn Bhd under the Juta Asia Group, has been launched in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The project sits on approximately 5.6 acres of land and comprises two residential towers with a total of 1,260 units. Target completion is 2027.
The development is designed around the Chinese character 人 (Rén), meaning “people”, with a focus on community living and shared lifestyle amenities. It offers more than 60 facilities, including an infinity swimming pool, gymnasium, jogging track, children's playground, barbecue areas and a co-working lounge. The architectural concept was designed by GDP Architects.
Unit sizes range from 920 sq ft to 1,680 sq ft, with layouts offering three to four bedrooms and selected configurations including additional multipurpose rooms. Indicative starting prices are RM580,000 for a 920 sq ft three-bedroom unit and up to RM1,010,000 for a 1,680 sq ft four-bedroom unit. The tenure is leasehold.
Key selling points include proximity to Pavilion Bukit Jalil, which marketing materials say is approximately three minutes away by car, and access to the Alam Sutera LRT station on the Sri Petaling Line. The development also benefits from road connectivity via five major highways, according to the developer's brochure. It carries a residential title, which the developer highlights as an advantage over commercial-title projects.
Nearby amenities include Tzu Chi International School, Kingsgate International School, International Medical University (IMU), Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Aurora Place, Giant Hypermarket, Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, Bukit Jalil National Stadium and Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort.
Published indicative prices by unit type are: Type A (920 sq ft) from RM580,000; Type B1 (1,050 sq ft) from RM654,000; Type B2 (1,110 sq ft) from RM693,000; Type B3 (1,120 sq ft) from RM710,000; Type C (1,270 sq ft) from RM802,000; and Type D (1,680 sq ft) from RM1,010,000. Marketing materials also highlight partially furnished packages, with one sales channel advertising approximately 70 per cent furnishing.
