Puravankara has entered into a joint development agreement for a 7.83-acre land parcel in southeast Bengaluru. The land parcel will be developed as a residential project with an estimated gross development value of ₹1,100 crore and a saleable area of about 0.89 million sq ft.
Mallanna Sasalu, CEO-South of the company, said the land parcel gives the company close to one million sq ft of saleable area in an established residential corridor. “With this transaction, we have added five land parcels in Bengaluru this fiscal, bringing our cumulative FY27 business development to around 49.76 acres, approximately ₹6,300 crore in potential GDV, and about 5.12 million sq ft of saleable area,” he said.
In June 2026, the company had entered into a joint development agreement for a 6.4-acre land parcel in Sarjapur with ₹1,000 crore GDV potential and 0.80 million sq ft saleable area. It had also acquired a 9.73-acre land parcel in Sanna Ammanikere with ₹800 crore GDV potential and 0.89 million sq ft saleable area, and signed a joint development agreement for an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi with ₹1,100 crore GDV potential and 0.74 million sq ft saleable area.
In May 2026, Puravankara secured 14.57 acres in Mandur with ₹2,300 crore GDV potential and 1.8 million sq ft saleable area.
