Premierex launches Kimori Residences in Bukit Serdang, 73% of Phase 1 booked
Premierex Sdn Bhd has launched Kimori Residences, a 418-unit freehold condominium in Bukit Serdang, Selangor, with 73 per cent of Phase 1 units already booked. Prices start from RM481,600 and the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2029.
Premierex Sdn Bhd has launched its high-rise Kimori Residences in Bukit Serdang, Selangor, with 73 per cent of Phase 1 units already booked. The family-oriented development, located on elevated ground, offers 418 units facing north or south, each with at least two car parks. Built on freehold land, prices start from RM481,600, and completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2029.
Speaking at the grand launch on Saturday, Oct 3, at the Kimori Showroom and Sales Gallery in Olive Hill Business Park, Bukit Serdang, executive directors Kok Liang Jin, Chan Kim Fatt and Jacky Phang Chern Fei highlighted the project’s emphasis on greenery. “Kimori” means “tree forest” in Japanese, reflecting the development’s integration of landscaping and dedicated walking tracks.
Two MRT stations — UPM and Serdang Jaya — as well as the Serdang KTM station are within an approximate 5km radius, with the UPM MRT station about 3km away. The development also offers easy access to major highways including the KL–Putrajaya Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North–South Expressway (NSE), Sungai Besi Expressway and Bukit Jalil Highway.
Selected units provide views of greenery and the Kuala Lumpur city-centre skyline, including Merdeka 118, the Petronas Twin Towers and TRX. The best-selling Type B layout offers approximately 857 sq ft of built-up space with three bedrooms, while the larger Type A offers approximately 1,095 sq ft with four bedrooms. The directors said the four-bedroom Type A is aimed at multigenerational households.
The condominium will feature 38 facilities across five zones, including a 25m infinity pool, indoor gym, half basketball court and electric vehicle charging bays. The main entrance will have a signature roundabout with an iconic central tree design. Nearby amenities include AEON Mall Taman Equine, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, UPM Hospital, Serdang Hospital and Andorra Women & Children Hospital.
Kimori Residences is Premierex’s first project in the Klang Valley, following a completed condominium in Kampar, Perak, in 2022. The directors said the company is assessing further development opportunities in the Klang Valley, including residential and mixed-development sites, and has land earmarked for future landed-property projects.
