PR1MA opens Phase 1 registration for Bandar MADANI Bukit Jalil

PR1MA Corporation Malaysia has opened online registration for Phase 1 of Bandar MADANI Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur, following the Budget 2027 announcement. The mixed-use development will include a vertical school, health clinic, parks and recreational facilities.

PETALING JAYA (Oct 13): PR1MA Corporation Malaysia (PR1MA) has opened online registration for Phase 1 of Bandar MADANI Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur through its official portal, following the Budget 2027 announcement.

In a statement on Saturday (Oct 10), the housing agency said the project will include a vertical school, a health clinic, parks, recreational facilities and a Hab Madani for residents. PR1MA added that its responsibilities extend beyond planning and providing homes to supporting the wellbeing of the community and surrounding area.

PR1MA also stressed the importance of comprehensive planning to support the needs of the development and surrounding areas. It said related matters would continue to receive attention through coordination with stakeholders and relevant agencies, within their respective jurisdictions.

The statement said registration for Phase 1 could be made online at www.pr1ma.my. PR1MA is an affordable housing agency serving the M40 group under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.
