OSK Property Launches Alia @ Mori Park, 812-Unit Serviced Apartment Phase in Shah Alam

OSK Property has launched Alia @ Mori Park, the first phase of its Mori Park masterplan in Section 13, Shah Alam. The 37-storey development comprises 812 serviced apartments, 76 flexi suites and 22 retail lots, with units from 550 sq ft to 958 sq ft and prices starting from RM270,000.

OSK Property Holdings Berhad has launched Alia @ Mori Park, the first phase of its Mori Park masterplan in Section 13, Shah Alam, Selangor. The 37-storey mixed-use development comprises 812 serviced apartments, 76 flexi suites and 22 lifestyle retail lots on a 3.54-acre leasehold site with tenure expiring on 11 March 2120. Target completion is June 2028.

Residential built-up sizes range from 550 sq ft to 958 sq ft. Type A units of 550 sq ft, offering one bedroom plus study and one bathroom, are launched from approximately RM270,000 under the affordable housing category. Type B units of 829 sq ft with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony start from approximately RM478,000. Type C units of 958 sq ft, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a dual-key concept, are priced from approximately RM545,000. Flexi suites of 550 sq ft have been previously marketed from approximately RM320,800, while lifestyle retail lots start from approximately RM531,800.

Alia forms part of a transit-oriented development near the Stadium Shah Alam LRT3 station, which began operations on 29 June 2026. The development also benefits from road connectivity via the Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway, Shah Alam Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and the North–South Expressway Central Link. Nearby amenities include Management and Science University, MSU Medical Centre, AEON Mall Shah Alam and Giant Hypermarket Shah Alam.

Wellness facilities include a 35-metre infinity swimming pool, children's pool, gymnasium, jogging trail, yoga retreat zone, jacuzzi, pool cabanas, herb and spice garden, and multipurpose communal spaces. Car parking provision is generally two to three bays per serviced apartment, subject to unit type and sale terms.
