Myra Land has launched Phase 2 of Myra Cove, a freehold lakeside residential development in Cyberjaya, Greater Kuala Lumpur. The phase comprises 421 units, bringing the overall project to 700 homes across both phases, with prices starting from RM740,400 and selected larger units exceeding RM1 million. Completion is expected in October 2028.

The development is divided into three collections: Express, Embrace and Eden, offering three- and four-bedroom configurations. Express provides a relatively smaller entry point, Embrace focuses on larger three-bedroom homes, and Eden caters to buyers seeking more generous family-oriented layouts. The project sits on freehold land and includes a four-acre private park, with facilities centred around wellness, recreation and family use.

Myra Cove is located in Cyberjaya, an established township within the Greater Kuala Lumpur region. Its lakeside setting provides a quieter residential environment while remaining connected to the area's commercial, education, healthcare and recreational facilities. Road connectivity is supported by several major highways, including the ELITE, MEX, SKVE and Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway. Public transport connections include Putrajaya Sentral, MRT Cyberjaya Utara and MRT Cyberjaya City Centre, each about 8 km from the development.

The project's specifications include a reinforced concrete structural framework, plaster ceilings and painted finishes. Living, dining and kitchen areas generally use floor tiles, while bedroom finishes vary between vinyl, laminated or tiled flooring depending on the phase and unit type. Other specifications include aluminium-framed windows and sliding doors, flush doors, tiled bathroom walls and standard sanitary fittings. The specifications differ slightly between Phase 1 and Phase 2 brochures, and buyers are advised to refer to the final sale and purchase agreement for unit-specific details.

From an investment perspective, Myra Cove is positioned as a medium- to long-term hold for buyers who believe in Cyberjaya's continued development as an education, technology and employment hub. The surrounding concentration of universities, schools, healthcare facilities and commercial areas provides several potential tenant segments, including students, academics, professionals and families. However, investors should consider the relatively higher entry price of Phase 2 compared with smaller Cyberjaya apartments, as well as the importance of private-vehicle accessibility.

Myra Cove stands out in Cyberjaya for its combination of freehold ownership, spacious layouts, lakeside surroundings and a four-acre private park. With three- and four-bedroom homes across the Express, Embrace and Eden collections, the development is particularly suited to families and buyers who prioritise internal space over compact urban living.
