Mitraland Group has officially launched Bayou Quartz, a freehold landed residential development in Kota Bayuemas, Klang, Selangor. The project spans approximately 52 acres with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM800 million. It is the latest addition to Mitraland's Quartz Series, following earlier projects in Taman Melawati and Setia Alam.
Bayou Quartz comprises 712 units across multiple phases. Phase 1 accounts for 287 units, Phase 1A for 118 units and Phase 1B for 169 units. The development features two- and three-storey homes with built-up areas ranging from approximately 2,695 sq ft to 3,135 sq ft. Selected units include private gardens and home lift-ready provisions. Reported launch pricing starts from RM905,000, while the developer's advertised price range indicates a minimum of RM983,000 and a maximum of RM1.895 million. Target completion is 2030.
The development is designed around a nature-inspired concept, with an elevated green deck, a three-acre Lake Park and a dedicated clubhouse as key communal features. Facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, themed play areas, kindergarten space, jogging trails, a linear park and landscaped gardens.
