Megawide completes P1.2B worth of horizontal housing projects for PH1 World Developers

Megawide Construction Corp has completed two horizontal housing contracts valued at a combined P1.2 billion for PH1 World Developers. The milestones include the full completion of Northscapes in Bulacan and the turnover of three blocks at Southscapes in Cavite on 15 Oct 2026.

Megawide Construction Corp., through its engineering, procurement, and construction arm, has achieved two major milestones in its horizontal housing contracts with PH1 World Developers. On 15 Oct 2026, Megawide completed the Northscapes San Jose del Monte (Northscapes) in Bulacan with a contract value of P575 million. On the same day, it also turned over three blocks comprising 40 housing units at Southscapes Trece Martires (Southscapes) in Cavite, under a P593 million contract.

Northscapes, launched in 2023, covers the construction of 329 housing units, together with the road network and land development, within the 4.6-hectare residential community in Barangay Kaypian, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The project was completed in under three years and designed for modern, energy-efficient living. In Cavite, Southscapes spans approximately five hectares and covers 394 housing units, offering townhouse and single-attached home options. The three-block turnover marks a complete portion of the development as construction progresses toward delivery of the remaining units.

The projects showcase Megawide’s engineering expertise and precast capabilities in residential development to streamline construction, improve consistency, reduce waste, and minimise reliance on labour-intensive on-site activities. By producing precast components off-site while work progresses on-site, Megawide enables construction activities to run in parallel, helping shorten timelines while maintaining consistent quality.
