Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has launched the Matrix 30A HOME RUSH Campaign 2026, its largest homeownership campaign to date, featuring more than RM30 million worth of savings, rewards and prizes. Running until Nov 30, the campaign is anchored by the proposition “Buy a Home, Stand to Win Another”, offering eligible purchasers the opportunity to win one of three dream homes alongside exclusive incentives and privileges.
Existing Matrix homeowners can enjoy enhanced loyalty rewards of up to RM90,000, which may also be extended to eligible immediate family members including spouses, parents, children and siblings. Successful referrals under the campaign’s referral programme are eligible for rewards up to RM30,000. Selected participating developments will also feature additional rewards worth up to RM100,000, including a curated furnishing package by Signature International Bhd worth up to RM30,000 in the form of a voucher.
The campaign introduces interactive elements such as the Matrix Mystery Blind Box, where eligible purchasers who sign their sale and purchase agreement can unlock property vouchers worth RM1,888, RM3,888 or RM5,888. The Matrix 30th Anniversary Gold Rush Challenge allows participants to climb a monthly leaderboard for premium rewards, while the campaign finale lucky draw offers one eligible participant a 30g gold bar. The Grand Finale Celebration Lucky Draw will see eligible purchasers compete for 30 prizes, including three dream homes located across the Klang Valley, southern region and Negeri Sembilan, as well as travel packages, the latest iPhone models, smart LED televisions, electrical appliances and Dyson products.
The campaign spans developments across Negeri Sembilan, Johor and the Klang Valley. In Negeri Sembilan, Bandar Sri Sendayan spans more than 6,800 acres as an integrated township featuring residential neighbourhoods, educational institutions, retail offerings, healthcare facilities and lifestyle amenities, with landed residential properties starting from RM400,000. In Kluang, Johor, Bandar Seri Impian offers landed residential homes from RM330,000, well connected to Kluang town centre, major highways and the Kluang ETS station.
In the Klang Valley, Levia Residence in Kuala Lumpur introduces AI-powered CCTV surveillance, facial recognition access, EV fast-charging stations and a smart concierge service kiosk, offering three- and four-bedroom homes.
