Majestic Flora, a freehold landed residential development in Semenyih, Selangor, has been launched by Kontan Emas Sdn. Bhd., with Majestic Gen handling project marketing. The guarded community comprises 140 double-storey terrace homes designed for family living, featuring modern contemporary architecture and landscaped surroundings.

The development offers two lot configurations: Type A homes on 20' x 73' lots with built-up sizes of approximately 1,891 sq ft, and Type B homes on 20' x 80' lots with built-up sizes of approximately 1,919 sq ft. According to the project's current APDL information, Type A homes are priced from RM738,000 to RM1.293 million, while Type B homes range from RM812,000 to RM1.45 million. A 7% Bumiputera discount is also available.

Located within the Bandar Tasik Kesuma area, Majestic Flora is positioned near established amenities including schools, shopping facilities, and recreational destinations such as Taman Rekreasi Kesuma, Setia EcoHill Park, and Broga Hills. The development's road connectivity provides access to Kajang, Cheras, and the wider Klang Valley area, making it suitable for households seeking a landed residential environment within reasonable driving distance of urban centres.

The development includes a clubhouse and family-oriented outdoor facilities, emphasising a guarded, community-oriented concept with gardens and pedestrian-friendly spaces. The freehold tenure and limited 140-unit scale give the project a private residential character, targeting owner-occupiers and families who prioritise landed home ownership over high-rise living.

From an investment perspective, Majestic Flora is more suited to medium- to long-term ownership than a rental-yield-driven strategy, given that landed properties at this price point typically have a smaller rental pool than more affordable apartments. Its freehold tenure, low unit count, and family-sized layouts could support longer-term resale appeal, particularly among owner-occupiers in the Semenyih area.
