Mah Sing Group has launched M Minori, a freehold serviced apartment development in Taman Seri Austin, Johor Bahru. The project is the first under the developer's M-Series brand in Johor and introduces a Japanese-inspired living concept based on Ikigai, which emphasises balance, simplicity and a meaningful lifestyle.

Spanning approximately 6.9 acres, M Minori comprises three residential towers with a total of 1,526 units. Unit sizes range from approximately 570 sq ft to 880 sq ft, with configurations from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts. The development targets first-time homebuyers, young professionals, couples and small families seeking an affordable freehold property in an established township.

M Minori is located at Persiaran Eco Cascadia, within Taman Seri Austin. The development benefits from its position in the wider Tebrau growth corridor, surrounded by mature neighbourhoods such as Austin Heights, Taman Setia Indah, Taman Daya and Bandar Dato' Onn. Major roads and highways including the North-South Expressway, Pasir Gudang Highway and Senai-Desaru Expressway provide connections to central Johor Bahru, Tebrau, Mount Austin and Pasir Gudang.

One of the project's key selling points is its freehold tenure. The development also features a 2.8-acre facilities deck with 24 lifestyle facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, pool pavilions, landscaped gardens, jogging track, playground, badminton courts, half basketball court, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, BBQ area, open lawn and herbs and spice garden. Additional facilities include co-working spaces, parcel management, concierge services, a surau, childcare centre and car wash area.

M Minori incorporates sustainable features such as GreenRE Bronze certification, electric vehicle charging stations, an automatic waste disposal system and rainwater harvesting. A dedicated shuttle bus service will connect residents to Johor Bahru CIQ and the upcoming RTS station, providing an additional commuting option for those working in Singapore.

Approved pricing for Tower A ranges from RM379,000 to RM600,000, Tower B from RM382,000 to RM612,000 and Tower C from RM382,000 to RM633,000. Indicative starting prices were previously marketed from RM288,000. Target completion is 2027 for Tower A and 2028 for Towers B and C. Mah Sing's 2025 annual report indicated that M Minori had achieved a take-up rate of over 80 per cent across all three towers since its launch in 2023.
