A 1,981 sq ft unit at La Grande Kiara in Kuala Lumpur changed hands for RM1,025,000, or RM517.30 psf. The buyer, a participant in the Malaysia My Second Home programme, secured the high-floor unit through an established relationship with the motivated sellers.
A condominium unit at La Grande Kiara in Kuala Lumpur was sold for RM1,025,000 on 7 Oct 2026, according to Kevin Teh (REN 02206) of Tech Realtors Properties Sdn Bhd. The unit, with a built-up size of 1,981 sq ft, transacted at a price of RM517.30 psf.
The buyer, a participant in the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme, was looking for a retirement home. The unit stood out as a rare high-floor, unblocked unit available at an attractive price, with the previous owners motivated to sell as they were retiring and planning to move back to their home country.
The deal was facilitated by an established relationship between the previous owners and the buyer. The purchaser was working within a timeframe to complete the purchase because of MM2H requirements, and both parties were willing to make adjustments to close the transaction. The property had been on the market for three months before it was sold.
For comparison, a previous transaction on 21 Apr 2026 saw a La Grande Kiara unit of the same built-up size change hands at RM900,000, reflecting a price of RM454.31 psf, according to EdgeProp EPIQ.
