Kerjaya Prospek Property launches 1,406-unit AndaBreeze in Batu Kawan

Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd has launched AndaBreeze, a freehold residential development of 1,406 units across two towers in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Penang. The project, launched on Sept 26, features built-up areas from 636 sq ft to 1,302 sq ft and over 80 lifestyle facilities.

PETALING JAYA (Sept 28): Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd has launched AndaBreeze, a freehold residential development comprising 1,406 units across two towers in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Penang. Located in Batu Kawan's central business district, the project is being developed by the group's wholly owned subsidiary Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd. It was launched on Sept 26.

The units have built-up areas ranging from 636 sq ft to 1,302 sq ft. According to the developer, AndaBreeze will feature more than 80 lifestyle facilities covering wellness, recreation, social activities and everyday living. Kerjaya Prospek Property executive chairperson Datin Seri Toh Siew Chuon said the group aimed to combine contemporary homes, resort-inspired amenities and connectivity in the development.

“Successful developments are built around more than just a strategic location. We must respond to the evolving needs and aspirations of the people who live there,” she said in a statement. The company said the homes will feature large windows and open balconies, with the units oriented outward to maximise natural light, ventilation and views.

Kerjaya Prospek Property described AndaBreeze as the tallest building in Bandar Cassia. Its launch brings the group's total gross development value of ongoing projects to about RM2 billion. The company did not disclose AndaBreeze's own gross development value, selling prices or expected completion date.
