Keppel Ltd. was named Outstanding Premium Real Estate Developer and Outstanding Green Building Developer at the inaugural Vietnam Property Value Chain Awards 2026, presented at the Vietnam Property Value Chain Forum. The forum was organised under the direction of the Vietnam National Real Estate Association in collaboration with Reatimes Magazine and the Vietnam Institute of Real Estate Studies.
The premium real estate award recognised the company's residential projects, including The Estella, Estella Heights, Celesta Rise and The Infiniti, for their design, amenities and long-term value for residents. The green building award recognised Keppel's approach to sustainable development; the company said all its projects in Vietnam since 2008 have received green building certifications, including Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE).
Joseph Low, chief representative for Vietnam and president of Vietnam real estate at Keppel, said the awards recognised the company's long-term commitment to the country. "We are honored to receive the VPVC Awards, which recognize Keppel's longstanding commitment to creating quality developments that enrich people and communities," he said. "For nearly four decades in Vietnam, we have focused on delivering thoughtfully designed spaces that meet evolving lifestyle needs, with sustainability as an integral part of our approach to creating long-term value."
Low said Keppel would continue developing urban spaces to serve communities and meet future needs. Keppel has invested in Vietnam for nearly four decades, building a real estate portfolio of 30 projects with total registered capital exceeding S$5 billion (US$3.9 billion).
