JKG Land launches AOSIS Mont Kiara, a low-density freehold condominium with 'semi-detached-in-the-sky' units

JKG Land Bhd has launched AOSIS Mont Kiara, a freehold residential development along Jalan Kiara 5, scheduled for completion by 31 Jul 2030. The single 40-storey tower offers 236 residences and eight penthouses, with unit sizes from 1,648 to 2,279 sq ft. Prices start at RM1,707,200.

JKG Land Bhd has introduced AOSIS Mont Kiara, a freehold residential development along Jalan Kiara 5 that offers only two residences per wing in a “semi-detached-in-the-sky” configuration. The single 40-storey tower, set on 2.44 acres, comprises 236 residences and eight penthouses. It is scheduled for completion by 31 Jul 2030.

Designed primarily for owner-occupiers including families upgrading from smaller condominiums and existing Mont Kiara residents seeking more space, AOSIS avoids compact investment-driven units. Residence sizes range from 1,648 to 2,279 sq ft across five unit types, while penthouses span from 3,550 to 3,856 sq ft. Prices start from RM1,707,200.

The development is undertaken by Modern Plus Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JKG Land Bhd, which has more than three decades of property development experience and a track record that includes The ERA @ Duta North in Kuala Lumpur. The “Sanctuary Between Worlds” concept positions AOSIS as a nature-inspired retreat within the established urban convenience of Mont Kiara.

The project features a Level 9 facilities podium called The Green Heart, which includes The Lagoon, Hammock Island, The Zen Grove, Reading Nook and The Cove Pool.
