IJM Land, Amona top out Riana Trees Residences; take-up hits 90%

IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have topped out the 32-storey Riana Trees Residences condominium at Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur, with sales take-up reaching 90%. Vacant possession is targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

PETALING JAYA (Sept 25): IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have topped out Riana Trees Residences at Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur, with the 32-storey condominium project recording a 90% sales take-up, according to the companies.

The building has reached its highest structural level at Level 32. Work will now proceed on architectural finishes and interior detailing, while vacant possession is targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

Launched in June 2023, the project comprises 336 three-bedroom units on a 3.36-acre site. The units have built-ups of approximately 900 and 955 sq ft. The companies said a limited number of Bumiputera units remain available.

IJM Land CEO Datuk Tony Ling Thou Lung said Riana Trees Residences is the developer’s first project to adopt an industrialised building system (IBS), in which building components are manufactured in a controlled factory environment before being transported to the site for assembly.

“By adopting this technology, we are able to support greater construction efficiency, consistency and quality control,” he said.

Located next to the 252-acre Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi, the development includes a swimming pool, outdoor gymnasium, co-working spaces, a basketball court, children’s play areas and barbecue terraces. The companies said it also has approximately 1.81 acres of landscaped areas.
