Federal Land expects to meet or exceed 2026 sales and revenue targets

FEDERAL LAND, Inc. expects to meet or exceed its sales and revenue targets for 2026, with its project timelines and expansion plans remaining on schedule, its president said.

“Federal Land is on track to meet, if not exceed, its sales and revenue targets for the year,” Federal Land President Jose Mari H. Banzon told BusinessWorld in a Viber message on Thursday. He said the company’s projects had not been affected by severe flooding, citing flood assessments conducted before development decisions are made.

“Federal Land is within its sales and revenue targets despite the inclement weather. Our projects have not been affected by the severe flooding because we always conduct flood studies in the area before we decide to build,” he said.

Federal Land has made no changes to its planned launches, expansions, or construction projects for the rest of the year, Mr. Banzon also said. During the first half of 2026, Federal Land completed 866 residential units and turned over 723 units, compared with 2,268 units completed and 1,146 units turned over in 2025. Its retail portfolio also recorded higher foot traffic at MITSUKOSHI BGC during the period, the company said.

Meanwhile, Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. (FNG) began turning over lots at the Japanese-inspired Yume at Riverpark development in General Trias, Cavite. Construction is ongoing for the first phase of Riverpark North Commercial Lots, which has been sold out, while the second phase is scheduled for launch later this year, Federal Land said. FNG is Federal Land’s joint venture with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Asked about projects and expansions lined up for the second half, Mr. Banzon said the company is focusing on developments that generate recurring income. “Our expansion is focused on projects that generate recurring income such as retail facilities and sports and events venues. These projects are on schedule,” he said.

Federal Land has residential developments across Metro Manila and operates commercial and hotel projects in Makati, Taguig, and Pasay. It is a unit of GT Capital Holdings, Inc., a diversified group with interests in automotive, banking, and real estate.
