Embassy Developments to invest ₹2,000 crore in 85-acre Bengaluru housing project

Embassy Developments will invest ₹2,000 crore in Embassy Origins, an 85-acre residential project in North Bengaluru. The first phase includes Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve, with a combined gross development value of about ₹4,500 crore.

Embassy Developments will invest ₹2,000 crore to develop Embassy Origins, an approximately 85-acre residential project in North Bengaluru. The first phase of the development comprises two residential projects — Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve.

The two projects together have a gross development value of about ₹4,500 crore and will offer over 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space. Phase I of the project will be complete in the next five years.

Embassy Riverine will comprise 217 villas across about 1.1 million sq ft of saleable area. The project will offer 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK villas.

Embassy South Reserve will comprise 855 apartments across about 1.5 million sq ft. The project will offer units ranging from studios to 3.5 BHK apartments.

Embassy Origins has been designed and landscaped by Bengaluru-based Bhumiputra Architecture, led by principal architect Alok Shetty.
