EcoWorld has launched Eco Radiance, a large-scale freehold township in the Semenyih corridor of Southern Klang Valley, Selangor. Spanning approximately 847 acres, the master-planned development is designed as a “City in Nature” and includes landed homes, commercial areas, parks, lakes and green connections.

The first residential precinct, Astrea Collection, offers four configurations of two-storey terrace homes with built-ups ranging from approximately 1,700 sq ft to 2,300 sq ft. Market indications place prices at above RM680,000 to around RM1 million, although final launch pricing is subject to confirmation by EcoWorld.

Eco Radiance is situated between EcoWorld’s existing Eco Forest and Eco Majestic townships. The location provides access to several major highways, with LEKAS Highway being the key route linking the area to Kajang, Bangi and Putrajaya. EcoWorld states the township is approximately 9.7 km from LEKAS, 11.8 km from the SILK Highway and 13.9 km from EKVE.

EcoWorld has highlighted that Eco Radiance can benefit from infrastructure and amenities already established around Eco Forest and Eco Majestic. The two neighbouring townships have generated cumulative sales exceeding RM6 billion, reinforcing the developer’s presence in this corridor.

A major component of the commercial master plan is Radiance City, a large commercial hub planned to serve the township and surrounding catchment. The wider development also includes plans for schools, parks, community facilities, cycling paths and pedestrian-friendly areas.

The design direction focuses on natural daylight, ventilation and adaptable living spaces. EcoWorld’s “City in Nature” philosophy incorporates landscaped areas and green corridors throughout the township rather than treating open spaces as isolated recreational areas.

Eco Radiance is positioned as a freehold landed township for families and upgraders seeking more space within the Southern Klang Valley. The developer notes that capital appreciation will depend on the successful delivery of commercial amenities, infrastructure and population growth in future phases.
