ERA Malaysia marks 6th anniversary with MOU signing and leadership appointments

ERA Malaysia celebrated its sixth anniversary with a 'Unity in Diversity' theme, signing a Memorandum of Understanding with 10 branches and appointing three key management positions. CEO Tai Eefan highlighted the firm's growth from one office to a nationwide network.

JOHOR BAHRU (Sept 25): ERA Malaysia celebrated its sixth anniversary on Sept 25 under the theme 'Unity in Diversity', with the tagline 'Growing Together, Building One ERA.' The event brought together ERA leaders, team members, business partners, industry representatives and distinguished guests to commemorate six years of growth and collaboration.

A key highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) involving representatives from 10 ERA branches across Malaysia: Sarawak, Melaka, Klang, Ipoh, Puchong, Penang, Taman Desa, Bangi, Shah Alam and Setiawangsa. The MOU aims to strengthen collaboration and create new business opportunities across the ERA Malaysia network.

The celebration also saw the appointment of three key management positions. Sr Lim Boon Ping was appointed as chief learning officer, Ethan Leong as chief growth officer, and Simon Yio as strategic advisor. These appointments reinforce ERA Malaysia's commitment to leadership development and organisational growth.

ERA team members were recognised through 3-Year and 5-Year Service Awards, acknowledging their dedication and contributions throughout the organisation's journey.

Tai Eefan, CEO of ERA Malaysia, reflected on the firm's progress from a single branch to a wider network across Malaysia, attributing the growth to the dedication and collective efforts of leaders, team members, business partners and supporters.

The event was also attended by Doris Ong, deputy CEO of ERA Singapore, who witnessed the MOU signing. Her presence highlighted the strong relationship and continued collaboration between ERA Malaysia and ERA Singapore.
