EMKAY extends Merdeka Dari Sewa 2 campaign with rebates up to RM310,000

EMKAY Group has extended its Merdeka Dari Sewa 2 property campaign to 31 Dec 2026, offering cash rebates of up to RM310,000 on selected residential and commercial units. The earlier campaign ended on 30 Sept with bookings for 104 units worth RM30 million.

PETALING JAYA (2 Nov): EMKAY Group has extended its Merdeka Dari Sewa 2 property campaign until 31 Dec 2026, offering cash rebates of up to RM310,000 on selected residential and commercial properties, subject to terms and conditions.

In a statement on 30 Oct, the developer said its earlier Merdeka Dari Sewa campaign, which ended on 30 Sept, recorded bookings for 104 units with a combined value of RM30 million. Held in conjunction with the group’s 43rd anniversary, the latest campaign covers The Vybe Smart Suites and Radius Business Park in Cyberjaya, and The Ayu Residences in Bangi.

EMKAY Group CEO Jayasangaran A/L Dhanapal said the initiative aimed to widen opportunities for people to own homes and business premises. According to the developer, The Vybe Smart Suites offers spaces combining residential and work functions, while Radius Business Park comprises freehold strata shop and office premises ready for occupation.

EMKAY describes The Ayu Residences as a low-density condominium development with a resort concept. Existing owners can also receive cash rewards of up to 3 per cent through repeat purchases and successful referrals, subject to terms and conditions.

Prospective buyers who visit the EMKAY Sales Gallery by 31 Dec stand a chance to win prizes including an Apple Watch, Xiaomi Smart AI Glasses, a DJI Osmo Pocket camera and RM100 AEON vouchers. The prize offers are also subject to terms and conditions.
