The recovery was led by demand for units near universities and educational institutions, the developer said. Sales momentum has continued into the third quarter, but the buyer profile has shifted towards industrial workers, it added.

Origin Property said the change reflects the broader economic activity in the Eastern Economic Corridor, where manufacturing and logistics sectors are expanding. The company did not provide a breakdown of sales by project or price point.

The developer's comments point to a two-speed demand pattern in Chon Buri's condo market, with student buyers underpinning the second-quarter rebound and industrial workers now taking over as the main driver. Origin Property said it expects this trend to support sales in the coming months.
