PETALING JAYA (Oct 12) — Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP) has previewed Ophira Resort Residences, a serviced apartment development along Jalan Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM814 million. The group opened the project’s sales gallery at The MET Corporate Towers in Dutamas on Oct 10.
The two-block development occupies 4.74 acres of freehold land near Dutamas. Units range from 525 to 1,020 sq ft, with layouts offering one-plus-one to four bedrooms. Prices start from RM438,000, and construction is targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2031.
CHGP said Ophira represents the nature pillar within its three core design pillars, combining resort-inspired facilities with adaptable living spaces. The project will feature dual-key-enabled layouts, while selected units will have walls designed to allow reconfiguration. Every unit will include a smart home system and Signature kitchen fixtures.
CHGP executive director and group CEO Chang Tze Yoong said the project was designed to combine urban convenience with a nature-oriented living environment. “Every detail, from the resort-inspired architecture and adaptable layouts to the carefully curated amenities and premium finishes, has been thoughtfully planned to support the evolving needs of modern homeowners,” he said.
The development’s 39 planned facilities include a 50-metre lap pool, family and children’s pools, a water play area, an adventure playground, a multipurpose sports court and a pickleball court. Other planned amenities include a gymnasium, music room, function hall, aqua gym, family games room and a rooftop sky garden with a social lounge.
The car park will incorporate ramps designed to bypass two to three levels at a time, which CHGP said would allow residents to reach their designated parking floors more quickly. The group also cited access to Jalan Kuching and the DUKE, SPRINT and NKVE highways, as well as surrounding destinations including MITEC, MATRADE, Publika Shopping Gallery, Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas.
